Today we have my rendition of that prominent yummy… heavenly… otherworldly drink… Harry Potter's Butterbeer… you are going to discover my adaptation being a Butterbeer Buoy with custom made Butterscotch Syrup!!!

Brace yourself for what I'm about to tell you… I am not so much a colossal sweet darling… yet one taste of this Otherworldly Elixir… I swear Harry Potter was sitting beside me in the Fabulous Corridor at Hogwarts!!! This beverage is velvety… marvelous and I think if Voldemort took only one taste… he would have turned great!

So get out your cauldron and how about we prepare some blend! No enchantment wands required! Expectation you makes tanks and tanks of this Flavorful Beverage for your loved ones! It's Enchantment!

Harry Potter's Natively constructed Butterbeer Buoy - A tasty otherworldly blend!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Bottle of your favorite Cream Soda
  • 1 pint of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Butterscotch Syrup... in a small sauce pan melt your butter slowly till completely melted
  2. Add the brown sugar and salt... stir till combined well
  3. Stir in the cream until completely mixed
  4. Bring to a boil and then quickly reduce the heat to low
  5. Stir the pot for 5 minutes
  6. Remove the pot from the stove and add your vanilla
  7. Allow to cool (this is so easy and it is so delicious...you will have extra sauce to use for future butterbeers or yummy topping for your ice cream and cake!
  8. Pour ¼ cup of syrup (4 tablespoons) into the bottom of your mug
  9. then pour about 2 ounces of Cream Soda and stir
  10. now add the rest of the soda ...stir
  11. add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
  12. Top with homemade whipped cream (1 cup of cream placed in a chilled bowl and whipped to soft peaks)
  13. Pop a straw in there and serve the magic...it is that easy...if you don't have time to make your own butterscotch syrup (you only need 5 minutes : ) you can use a prepared butterscotch or caramel sauce : )
  14. Enjoy the MAGIC!
