You can serve it as a side plate of blended greens, you can make it a rule and incorporate some salmon/chicken/other protein in case you'd like, or you can do what I every now and again do — eat the whole dang thing plain as my entire dining experience. I make a giant bowl of it reliably and welcome every single snack. So incredible.
And all the better, clearly, granted to extraordinary allies over incredible exchange about the major stuff for the duration of regular daily existence. ;)
So truly, make this serving of blended greens!
Ingredients :
- 2 handfuls fresh baby arugula
- 2 Tablespoons freshly-grated Parmesan, plus extra shavings as garnish
- 2 teaspoons good-quality olive oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
Instructions :
- Add arugula and Parmesan to a large mixing bowl.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
*I never (ever) actually measure the ingredients for this recipe, but the proportions above are a basic place to help get you started. Feel free to just taste it and add extra lemon, Parm, pepper or lemon juice as you see fit.
